What is the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation?

Incorporated in 1983, the Foundation has been raising money for our healthcare system and within our region. Improving the Lloydminster Hospital, long-term care facilities, pharmacies and more, is a major focus. The Foundation also offers scholarships to local students studying healthcare industry.

Started in 1983, the foundation has raised money to improve the quality of healthcare in Lloydminster and around the region for nearly 40 years. With time and generous donors, the foundation has grown into a community gem and has helped the regional healthcare become what it is today."

We were at this hospital when both our children were born. We were transferred to Edmonton for our son because there were some complications and he was born very early. The staff at the Lloyd hospital were very comforting and supportive throughout the time we spent there. Then, when our daughter was born in the Lloyd hospital, we had the very same comfortable experience. The staff here are awesome, and they truly care about each person that walks in their doors."
