The card will be filled out by a staff member and will be delivered together.
In the notes during checkout, please put the message and what type of card you'd like.
While in the checkout, please note the name of the patient you would like the item delivered to or the name of the worker and their department.
PLEASE NOTE: The card you chose may not be the card that goes with the flowers. Depending on our stock, we may have to substitute.
